Group Therapy

Do you want to be a part of a small group in a safe and comfortable place where you interact and discuss similar issues/problems as yourself? Whether the issue/problem itself, stems from emotional issues or gain insight into your own thoughts and behavior, and other suggestions and support to others.  In addition, you can also benefits from groups if you have difficult with interpersonal relationships.


Group therapy also aims to help you manage mental health conditions or cope with negative experiences and behaviors. It usually focuses on a specific mental health concern, such as social anxiety or depression. Some other examples of conditions of a group may focus on include:
